ICT Service Desk Officer

circa £25,350 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen within First Choice Homes Oldham for an ICT Service Desk Officer.
As a member of the ICT Department, you will provide technical support to users across the organisation on a variety of technical issues which come through the ICT Service Desk, via telephone and face to face.
You will need to be an individual who is an excellent team player and ready to take on a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, problem solving, setting up equipment and maintaining user accounts.
