Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Timeplan Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to support both primary and secondary students in a local school in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, compassionate, and has previous experience working with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to primary and secondary students with SEMH needs.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies.
Promote the social, emotional, and mental well-being of students
