Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique mental health service provider in the private sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home.

We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement clients needs.

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Mental Health Support Workers who have worked with a range of mental health conditions including ASD, EUPD & Personality Disorder.

If you have proven experience with adults with ASD, we want to hear from you.

You will need to be able to provide all round support based at the individuals home or within an acute setting and will be joining our team on a zero hour contract or Permanent contractual basis.

This role will be for support workers to work in the community, supporting a client with a bespoke package of care on a 2.1 bases that will be over seen by an RMN.


Successful applicant will:

  • Provide day to day support for a client in their home environment.
  • Support client in all aspects of day to day life (cleaning, meaningful activities, mental health support).
  • Encourage and promote independence.
  • Monitor the client's mental health and physical health and report concerns to senior team members.
  • Follow care plans and risk assessment.
  • Support client into their local community and with local activities.
  • Update care records and monitor clients over all wellbeing.
  • Always promote dignity.
  • Support with medication compliance.
  • Support the RMN with crisis support for the client (where appropriate).

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2 years experience within mental health settings.
  • Desired for staff members to have experience within a high risk patient (selfharm) and experience of supporting a complex dual diagnosis namely, ASD & EUPD.
  • Vast experience of supporting clients in the following areas: in a supported accommodation/home environment type setting that present with complex mental health and physical health needs.
  • An understanding of the MHA and legal frameworks.
  • Experience of working with Multi agencies.
  • Experience of working with clients with ASD, EUPD, personality disorder, physical health.
  • Willing to undertake company training specific for this client.
  • The ability to document to high standards.
  • Be resilient and proactive.
  • Can empower the service user.
  • Kind, caring and compassionate.
