Entrance Composite Door Solutions is a part of the AMK Group, who are leading distributor of door and window hardware to the UPVC and timber industry with operations in both the UK and Ireland.

Despatch Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Working with warehouse team, organising despatch of goods
  • Managing paperwork relating to despatch of goods
  • Coordinating incoming goods with outstanding orders
  • Organising van runs to optimise delivery to customers
  • Liaising with purchasing departments to ensure flow of products to customers
  • Working with production team to ensure required products are readily available
  • Managing inhouse manifests to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Dealing with returns and collections

Despatch Team Leader Requirements:

3 years experience in similar role:

  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise work load
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Good attention to detail
