  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns or complaints.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service from all store staff.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including shift opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely restocking of shelves and displays.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Train staff on safety protocols and procedures, and regularly conduct safety inspections.

Salary:
£26,200.00 per year
