As a Market Researcher you will carry out surveys from students and ex-students through a number of questions and recording the information on a computerised system.

You will be required to complete a 3-hour trial with the client to demonstrate Customer Service Skills, this does require outbound calling however no sales are involved

Agents will be conducting Telephone Interviews/Surveys. Training is provided and support is available throughout your training period.


Working hours are 37 hours per week, shift patterns fall between the hours of 9am - 7pm Monday to Thursday.

The role is expected to last until September but there is a possibility it could be extended until April/May 202- You may be required to work Friday and Saturday to suit business demand_
