Administration Assistant

Applicants must have previous experience working in a busy office environment, be extremely organised, have good inter-personal skills, a strong work ethic, good time-keeping & be reliable.
The position requires a happy and friendly person who is able to work, & above all else communicate, with an existing team of happy & friendly professionals, but also equally, be self-motivated & able to work on their own.
To be ready for a challenge, & have the ability to work under pressure, in what can sometimes be a very busy work environment.
Duties to include:
Liaise with customers directly and assist to resolve general inquires.
Have an excellent telephone manner, to direct incoming phone calls to the person required.
Work with our Financial Directors to create & send invoices & purchase orders & keep track of deposits & payments against orders.
Logistics:
Dealing with haulage and parcel companies to deliver goods to the UK and Europe & deal with associated paperwork.
Book hotels for our installation teams & pay any associated road tolls.Book vehicles in for services / repairs / MOTs & keep track of dates.
Working hours:
Start time 9am. - 3pm. Mon - Fri.
Pay rate £12.50 per hour.
Holidays: 28 days per year inc. bank holidays. Please note that 10 days holiday must be put aside for our Christmas shut down.
Driving licence is essential due to location.
