Alltots is seeking to recruit a shining star who is committed to child development and learning, who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and truly wants to make a difference to the young people they will engage with.

The Scottish Government believes that all children must have access to highly qualified staff with expertise in early childhood learning and development.

This is particularly true for young children who face the greatest disadvantages where additional support may be required to support the Government's ambition to close the attainment gap.

Alltots has been allocated funding from Glasgow City Council for the above post, through the Scottish Government's Additional Graduate Commitment.

Initially the funding is for one year however it is anticipated that our success in this initiative will ensure the continuation of funding for many years.

Work with the team to support the effective delivery and development of the curriculum to raise attainment.

Use your skills, knowledge and imagination to make full use of our range of indoor and outdoor resources to make the learning fun for children and staff.

Assist in the development and learning of existing Childcare Practitioners and Modern Apprentices.

Develop high quality relationships and interactions with children that promote wellbeing and extend thinking and concept development.

Develop strategies to integrate family learning within the curriculum both in the nursery as well as the home environment.

Do You:
