As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Cafe.

This is a great opportunity for those interested in both the Marina environment and and looking to work within the hospitality industry, within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and take customer orders and process payments accurately, in a friendly manner
  • The preparation of both food and beverages, delivering these to the customers table.
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure all menu items are prepared to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure Health Safety standards in the kitchen and Cafe are followed.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and enjoyable working environment.
  • Assist with daily opening & closing procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a customer service role would be beneficial, especially within a cafe or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices & procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Flexibility to be able to work both week days and weekends, when required.
  • Reliable and punctual
