- A well-established Northampton based practice is looking to appoint a talented Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE to handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- With a soundtrack record in managing your own caseload of employment matters on behalf of both employees and employers.
- The successful Employment Solicitor will be able to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters and possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Types of matters the employment team deals and you could be working on include settlement agreements, corporate support for M&A work, representing clients in employment tribunals, advising on a variety of projects including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment.
