Job Overview:
We are seeking customer and sales focused Retail Assistants to join our Pharmacy team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. If you have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their queries
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
Experience:
Previous experience in retail sales
Excellent communication skills, fluency in Arabic is desirable
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
Ability to work well in a team environment
