  • Providing highly efficient and responsive administrative support to our Graduate Recruitment and University Partnership teams
  • Prioritising specific tasks in line with business requirements
  • Supporting, organising, and facilitating final stage interviews
  • Accurately recording and reporting assessment results, updating our Applicant Tracking System accurately
  • Establishing, building and growing relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and highly professional service
  • Supporting Graduate Recruitment administration including onboarding and right to work checks
