Tuesday to Saturday, 07:00-15:00pm

About Us


Agrial Fresh Produce Wigan is one of three UK food manufacturing factories who are owned by the French co-operative group, Agrial.

Agrial has operations across 18 regions with 280 farming outlets and it's not just about lettuce

As well as the 3 factories we also have a farming operation - Agrial Fresh Farms. All UK sites operate under the name of Agrial Fresh Produce Limited and fall under Agrial's vegetable division.

The business is more recognisable in the UK by its Florette salad brand, and we are now one of the UK's leading producers in the industry.

We have a recipe for success through our EPIC values and working together as one team.


Our Wigan site is a well-established business unit that processes and distributes pre-packed, ready to eat, fresh salad bags and bowls to some of the UK's well-known retailers and restaurants.

We are based on Martland Park Industrial Estate, which is ideal for travel on the M61, M6 and M62.

Main Responsibilities

  • Continuous monitoring of the production lines to ensure that line efficiencies and targets are met.
  • Work to attain the daily production plan and carryout adjustments to provisional orders on receipt of complete customers orders data, from production planning. Report any Floris discrepancies/errors to Zone Leader/Planner.
  • Ensure that over produced product is kept to a minimum and is recycled as appropriate during the shift.
  • Complete an accurate recording of customers order information/production and performance on the appropriate Technical documentation, Monitor and record on all waste.

Skills and Experience Required
Basic Food Safety Level 2

H&S Level 2

To have worked in the food manufacturing for 6 months

To be able to identify difference product mixes.
