Join our growing team at Macdonald Cardrona Hotel, golf & spa and you'll be working in a fabulous four-star hotel environment, nestled in the beautiful Peebles countryside working with a team fully focused on business and personal growth.


Our Food and beverage supervisors will be leading a specific area of the food and beverage business working alongside the other team managers to deliver team development, guest service KPI's, stock controls and payroll management.

You will have the passion and drive to look after your team, create lasting memories for our guests.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food and beverage assistant to take that first step up, or currently a supervisor within a four star hotel environment looking for a change.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager. We offer an excellent package, including training and development opportunities and fantastic benefits. Does this sound like an opportunity that is right for you?

Hours & Requirements

  • Full time 40 hours
  • 8hour shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Additional hours may be required to support the business at busy times i.e. Bank Holidays

Salary
- £11 per Hour plus tips
