You will be joining a proactive skill mixed team working together to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.

As part of the 0-19+ Service which with other local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide includes Health Visiting and School nursing you will be working closely accessible, person centred packages of care in response to individual and local need.

You will be working in partnership with Cheshire East Local Authority to take the local children's agenda forward.
