Join our prestigious aesthetic clinic as a Clinical Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our establishment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for self-development and a strong interest in aesthetics.

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure seamless operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele.


Resonsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Manage all aspects of the front desk, including but not limited to greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


Client Experience:

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing personalised attention and catering to their individual needs and preferences.


Appointment Coordination:
Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal utilisation of clinic resources.

Patient Communication:
Maintain clear and concise communication with patients regarding appointments, procedures, and any necessary follow-up instructions.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, managing paperwork, and processing payments accurately.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of the clinic's products and services, providing clients with accurate information and recommendations as needed.


Team Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth coordination of patient care and enhance the overall client experience.


Requirements:

Self-Development:

Demonstrate a commitment to self-improvement and professional growth by actively seeking opportunities for learning and development in the field of aesthetics.


Passion for Aesthetics:

Strong interest and enthusiasm for the aesthetics industry, with a desire to learn and stay updated on the latest trends and developments.


Customer Service Excellence:

Clinical Receptionist Experience:

Previous experience in a clinical or medical receptionist role is highly preferred, with familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.

Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, demonstrating reliability, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive patient information.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is desirable.
