Assistant Sales Manager,

you'll be supported by a dedicated, established and hardworking team who value collaboration and excellence.

The role:


Handle day-to-day sales related enquiries, manage sales from application through to completion.nManage the instruction process, seller contact, offer handling, sales chasing, withdrawals and fall throughs.nSource and arrange appraisals, viewings and other appointments.nBe responsible for bringing new properties to market.nIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.nUndertake market appraisals and secure listings.nProvide expert valuation, property preparation and marketing advice for prospective sellers or landlords.nPrepare descriptive content for marketing material.nManage office supplies, place orders and monitor invoices to ensure they are correct.


The Person:


Previous estate agency or relevant experience within the industrynPrevious experience in managing people.nAn interest in property and the willingness to develop additional skills to enhance both personal growth and that of the business.nComprehensive understanding of the valuation and sales processes along with relevant compliancenAbility to identify and secure new business.


The package:


Annual salary alongside uncapped performance related bonus schemes (negotiable DOE)nMonday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pmn1 in 3 SaturdaysnGenerous holiday allowance (increasing with length of service)nCompany pensionnEmployee discountsnTraining, development & qualifications provided.nTeam building & social gatherings.
