As a Marketing Graduate you will support the Campaign Manager to deliver the effective planning, development, delivery, and optimisation of journeys that drive increased engagement, demand, and advocacy with our existing and new business cloud customer base. Through highly relevant and engaging programs and campaigns, the Marketing Graduate will support in maximising commercial performance for the Sage business cloud product portfolio.

As well as on the job learning, you'll benefit from five personal development days which you can use to boost your skills and industry knowledge. We also encourage all our colleagues to make an impact in their local communities, by giving them five fully paid days per year to volunteer, fundraise or do other charitable work through Sage Foundation.

Summary of your day to day
  • Delivery and management of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including email, direct mail & SMS.
  • Work with creative agencies to manage the creation of marketing collateral which drives customer engagement.
  • Work alongside Commercial teams to support the delivery of key commercial targets.
  • Support with budget management.
  • Representative of Marketing team across applicable meetings with the ability to present Campaign performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management across a variety of levels.
What are we looking for?

As this is a Graduate scheme, you'll be educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant field. You'll be provided with training and support throughout the Graduate Scheme, so whilst the following criteria will help you thrive in role, they are not all absolute essentials.

  • Flexible to working across a variety of campaign types and against tight deadlines.
  • Be IT Literate, with a good practical knowledge of standard Windows software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role is based from our Newcastle office with Hybrid working available.
