  • To deliver all cleaning and waste operations within the shopping centre Provide excellent customer service to all customers Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodies To work as part of the team to achieve the highest possible standards of service delivery Maintain high standards of performance and discipline To ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the relevant H&S regulations Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business To deliver high levels of customer satisfaction for cleaning and waste. Ensure a timely response to all issues and events Ensuring that the centre meets the KPI standards required by the client Be compliant with all internal procedures and site processes

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Essential

  • A basic knowledge of Health & Safety

Desirable

  • Experience in use of various cleaning machines and equipment to achieve the high standards of cleanliness required, including scrubber driers, pressure washers, escalator cleaning machines and any other equipment necessary to clean the centre
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
