  • The primary responsibility is to manage the seamless endtoend delivery of Foreign Exchange (FX) products and services across our clients' trade lifecycle. (from onboarding, to execution, to settlement and post sales support)
  • Manage the product aspects of CitiFX electronic distribution platforms (Velocity, Pulse) as well as client connectivity solutions and multi dealer platforms
  • Drive innovation, process improvement and enhance client experience within the regulatory envelope in which the FX business operates globally.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Technology to ensure robust and consistent processes across the various geographies where Citi operates.
  • Propose and agree on client experience commitments (KPIs) with our partners to enhance the quality of the service being provided to our clients.
  • Develop partnerships and liaise with the different functions and stakeholders involved in the delivery of FX products (Legal, Compliance, Credit, Finance, Operations, Technology, Client Facilitation etc) to ensure timely and streamlined endtoend delivery of services to clients
  • Ensure that FX processes are aligned with regulatory and policy changes
  • Work in partnership with the Sales and Trading Heads to implement and improve end to end product processing and enhance client experience
  • Propose and coordinate the implementation of new products and innovation solutions, particularly as it relates to FX as a service in connection with the partnership with Services.
  • Ensure that new products are effectively implemented from an endtoend perspective including all the relevant and required new product, third party and functional approvals
  • Drive innovation and process improvement for the FX product suite through a more effective use of data analytics, deployment of new technologies and process reengineering.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Ensure Citi maintains a state of art e FX distribution offering
  • Work with technology to manage and prioritize e distribution technology stack
  • Focus on process improvement, innovation and client experience, leveraging on technology and data analytics.
  • Work with Sales and Trading to understand their priorities and implement products and solutions accordingly
  • Work with risk, legal, and other relevant partners to ensure transactions are structured robustly and relevant risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Work with NPAC partners and functional stakeholders on new product approvals.
  • Ensure consistent and robust delivery of FX products to clients
  • Supervisory oversight and evidencing of such including but not limited to adherence to all relevant policies.
  • Ensure that the team is up to date on latest product developments across asset classes and facilitate best practices, success and knowledge transfer across regions and countries.
  • Leverage internal relationships and work together with other Regional and Country Sales heads in order to replicate best practices and processes across the globe.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • The role requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of FX products, from operations through credit and from onboarding to settlements.

  • Strong understanding of Transactional Services and Custody businesses and the dependencies that FX has on different parts of Services
