The Creative Services Traffic Coordinator manages the workflow of all assets through Workfront, whilst planning, scheduling, and prioritising creative resource in order to support creative and project managers to balance workload and resource.


This role is the main point of contact and coordinator for all technical briefs from channels and ensures all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the right level of design and copy resource is allocated for each project and help resolve any additional resource requirements, including booking freelance Creatives when required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across a number of teams.
  • Assess and evaluate all briefs, ensuring they are complete and comprehensive and follow up any missing information, raising any out of scope briefs with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor / track /report on Workload through Creative Services team using Workfront, circulating to stakeholders and wider business.
  • Oversee and schedule traffic of all Global multi channel marketing assets through the creative team, where necessary helping to negotiate extensions with final publishing channel and keep all stakeholders and participants informed, using Workfront as the primary communication tool.
  • Field all emergency or late briefs supplied after deadline. Assess whether all Creative Services teams involved can accommodate and allocate resource within the creative team.
  • Identify projects and assets at risk and devise reactive solutions in collaboration with the Creative Services team, final publishing channel and stakeholder.
  • Own the proofing process for all creative within Workfront, managing feedback from stakeholders and instructing amends to Creative.
  • Prepare for and run the daily creative workload meetings. Address any problems that may impact on delivery deadlines, flag issues to Stakeholders and Project Managers, escalating where appropriate.
  • Continually review workflow processes and procedures to improve efficiency of delivery.
  • Encourage and promote engagement with Workfront by all relevant teams across the business.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 23 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience using a Project Management System or Traffic Management tool, ideally Workfront
  • Experience in scheduling and traffic management
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
  • Fashion/Brand knowledge an advantage
  • Computer skills in Mac, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
