Genesis Energies has recently been encompassed to T.EN X Consulting & Products Business Line, a new division of Technip Energies, to compliment the services provided by its parent company within Project Management Consultancy, Operations & Maintenance Consulting, Digital Services and Loading Systems. This shows the strength in working collaboratively and transversely within the group.

If you share the determination to engineer a sustainable future this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a Communication Specialist, reporting directly to the T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner, based in London with frequent travels to our Paris office.

The key purpose of the Communications Specialist is to deliver internal and external communications that align with corporate and business goals. This will be executed by managing social media accounts, our website, communities and media relations to foster a positive brand awareness (image, voice, and writing) in coordination with corporate communications department of Technip Energies.

Under the direction of the T.EN X Consulting & Products Marketing and Communication Business Partner:

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the internal and external communications plans (BL, Business, People & Culture, Sustainability, QHSE, Technology and Innovation, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner on premium events, editorial content and public appearances for executives and business leaders.
  • Work closely with the T.EN X Marketing Operations Specialist on promotional activities, campaigns (events, trade press, offerings,) and content creation to meet BL objectives.
  • Organize Town Halls and engaging the communities through emailing, posts and newsletters.
  • Create and distribute press releases and announcements internally and externally.
  • Oversee social media accounts, websites, intranet pages, communities/groups, all others internal and external channels and preserving consistency, updates, and maintain a favorable brand image and voice.
  • Give trainings, best practices, and educate teams on brand adoption, communication processes, change management, ESG and Sustainability.
  • Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective communications.
  • Support projects across disciplines on demand of T.EN X Marketing and Communication Business Partner.
  • Measure the performance of communications campaigns and improving approaches as necessary.

Typical background and experience required:

Minimum Experience:

  • Relevant degree qualification (Communication, Digital, Community Management, Branding, and website management)
  • Experience in Communications, Digital, Branding roles
  • Copywriting, Creative and Design skills
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Customer oriented.

Advantageous Experience:

  • Experience working in an international business.
  • Experience working at global level and managing multiple stakeholders.

Soft skills

  • Flexible and agile
  • Team player and open-minded
  • Self-motivated and good organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with tight and multiple deadlines.
