Freight Broker

At Team Support we have an exciting opportunity for an Freight Forwarder in Harlow.

We are looking for self-driven, positive and experienced workers to join our clients team on a permanent basis.

You will be an account manager for a Transport company, you will report directly to your manager.

We are looking to offer anything between £23,000 and £40,000 depending on experience

This role will me Monday - Friday.

The role will demand excellent relationship building skills with both customers and suppliers to maximise all opportunities. Identifying new business opportunities from your customer base and having the ability to up sell the services on offer.

The ability to prioritize, organize & manage time efficiently is essential within a busy operations team. Attention to detail is essential for the production of shipping documents.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Management of shipment
• Arranging freight pickup
• Arranging sub contractors
• Ensuring all necessary documentation is supplied and accurate
• Tracking shipments
• Invoicing customers and producing quotes
• Communicate with customers
