As a leading employer in the construction industry, we are committed to attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Currently, we are seeking an HR Advisor to join our People and Development team in Birmingham.

  • Provide operational HR support and advice to employees, team leaders, and directors
  • Advise on various policies and procedures including capability, disciplinary actions, and maternity leave
  • Coach and support the People and Development administration team
  • Deliver training to managers on people management aspects
  • Maintain HR systems and provide support for HR initiatives and projects
  • Stay updated on employment law and ensure compliance with policies
  • Review and enhance employee benefits to align with the firm's goals

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous HR advisory experience
  • Degree qualified
  • CIPD qualified to minimum level 5
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with managing visa applications and contractor agreements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tact and discretion when handling confidential information
