Apply locations GBR - London, Canada Square time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R In this position you will work exclusively implementing and supporting TeamMate solutions, which is part of the ESG division of the global Wolters Kluwer group.

As such, you will be working as a Senior Professional Services Consultant for the market leader in audit management systems – which has set the industry standard for audit management systems across 120 countries and 3,000 organisations around the world.

This role is focused on delivering TeamMate consulting, configuration, and training services primarily for clients based in francophone regions, however there will be opportunities to travel widely across the EMEA region and beyond.

Whether remote or office based, you will be supported by and work closely with a European team of professional services consultants implementing TeamMate for organisations across all industry sectors.

Conducting business analysis and information gathering sessions to understand the customer's requirements.

Working with the customer's implementation team to configure TeamMate software, ensuring it is aligned with the customers' business process and meets their requirements.

Training the customers' end-users on software functionality prior to go- live.
Providing ad-hoc customer support.
Experience implementing a B2B configurable software is preferred.
Good communication (both written & oral) in French and English
Willing to travel when customers prefer onsite delivery of services.
Internal audit, external audit, risk, accountancy, data analytics or compliance experience would be an advantage however not essential - as Wolters Kluwer provides a structured training program as part of the on-boarding training for new consultant
