Our client, a 'giant' in the UK Estate Agency industry requires a dynamic and highly motivated

Training Manager to join their team of training specialists. If you are a high calibre individual with an excellent knowledge and experience within agency, possess superb communication and presentation skills to all levels and can demonstrate successfully the ability to deliver a range of sales processes, then this could be your 'dream role'. Our client is part of network of established agency brands that prides itself on providing high levels of support to team members and the very best in agency training and development. You will be supporting our client's vision to provide innovative and impacting learning to develop business performance across the Southwest of England and South Wales, both virtually and in person.

Responsibilities for this Training Manager role will include:

  • Working closely with T&D colleagues and other stakeholders in the business to deliver training and development solutions to improve business performance
  • Working with Senior Management to deliver bespoke training sessions for their business units
  • Contributing to creating or updating relevant training materials, including workbooks and learning programmes to ensure they remain current and fit for purpose.
  • Monitoring and evaluating programme outcomes and outputs
  • Maintaining an uptodate awareness of industry regulations and requirements, and market trends, ensuring they are reflected in any training and development programmes delivered.

Skills & Experience for this Training Manager role:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of working within a Sales business
  • Experience in a learning and development function delivering to a range of contexts and audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels,
  • Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team

Benefits for this Training Manager role include:
