Team Lead Infrastructure & Plant Engineering
Uniper's Growth Engineering is the enabler for all decarbonization projects, green customer solutions and security of supply topics within Uniper.
As part of its role, Growth Engineering engages in the technical concept development and engineering design in close cooperation with the responsible Business Lines and Partners.
The purpose of this role is supporting the technical development of decarbonization projects to reach financial close and providing technical support during the project execution phase.
The role will be integrated into the Ratcliffe (near Nottingham) based team and focus on projects in UK.At Uniper, we are pro-actively transforming the world of energy whilst at the same time ensuring security of energy supply.

Leading and developing a team of up to 8 process and mechanical engineersProviding the process and mechanical engineering required for the development of Uniper's growth projects (CCGT, CCS, H2 generation & storage, ...)
Act as owners engineer representing Uniper's interests through all engineering phases
Selection of engineering (i. e. FEED) contractors and monitoring and steering of FEED delivery
Ensure alignment with other engineering disciplines as well as expert teams within department
Resource planning and coordination including integration of external resources
Engineering degree level qualification (or equivalent), ideally in process engineering
Significant relevant experience in engineering / owners engineering of energy plants / infrastructure
Experience of working in an international business environment and in leading engineering contractors / teams
Knowledge of relevant process and mechanical engineering tools
Business fluent language English with good communication and presentation skills, command of German/Dutch/Swedish language is a plus
Willingness to travel within UK and internationally
