We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in driving our business by scheduling Zoom calls with potential investors and filling our investment consultants' calendars.
Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, build rapport, and secure appointments to discuss our investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential investors through various sources, including but not limited to databases, social media, and industry events.
Qualification:
Engage with leads to determine their investment interests, financial goals, and availability for Zoom calls.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule Zoom calls with qualified leads based on the availability of our investment consultants.
Follow-Up:
Maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure appointments are confirmed and reschedule any cancelled or missed appointments.
Database Management:
Accurately record lead information, interactions, and appointment details in our CRM system.
Metrics Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential investors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.
- Selfmotivated with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
