The Role

The main purpose of a Vospers Bodyshop Receptionist is to provide a professional and courteous reception to customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability

• Book in vehicles ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and department.
• Produce accurate job cards and related information.
• Accurately record all order and claim numbers for accountability purposes.
• Liaise with Work Providers and approvals.
• Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
• Arrange an efficient collection/delivery of customers vehicles and courtesy cars including arranging insurance cover where required.
• Collect all money due prior to the release of the vehicle and ensure it is banked promptly.
• Receive and inspect customers vehicles for repairs and to take all relevant information appertaining to repair.
• Ensure the telephones and written enquiries are responded to promptly, courteously and dealt with in an efficient manner.
• Greet all customers at reception offering courtesy services as appropriate and confirming all details before work is carried out.

Dependent on Experience and Qualifications, to be discussed at interview

Hours
Monday to Friday with Saturday on a Rota
