We are currently representing an Automotive Volume Car Dealership that is recruiting a Service Advisor to support their busy Service Department in the Yeovil area.

Our Motor Trade Client is looking for a Service Advisor who excels in customer service.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience as a Service Advisor
- Be skilled in upselling service work and plans
- Be Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
- Be familiar with Motor Dealership Database Software

Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service and repairs needed
- Create Job Cards on computer systems
- Update Customer and Vehicle Records
- Generate and finalize Invoices
- Inform Customers on repair costs and completion timelines
- Perform other Ad-Hoc Duties as required

For your dedication, the client offers a salary of up to £28,000 with OTE of approximately £31,000.
