As the Cyber Programme Lead you will help shape and challenge our assumptions on how we deliver and report on our Cyber Security change initiatives.

You will be experienced in developing metrics and reporting to ensure not only that we are delivering on our promises but we communicate that clearly with our stakeholders across the business.


You should have expert understanding or appropriate transferable skills and knowledge to ensure you can oversee change at all levels of our department and how it impacts and integrates with the wider business - you will be able to translate this understanding into a digestible and repeatable format for boards and stakeholders.

- Extensive experience in the delivery of cyber security projects and programmes- Experience in working with & presenting to c-suite stakeholders- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills- Energy, drive and an engaging approach to delivering programmes & projects collaboratively- A pragmatic mindset and problem solving skills- Experience of managing 3rd parties
