The evolution of our Repairs function is central to our plans.We've brought the majority of our repairs services in-house over the last 18 months and the new
Director of Repairs and Maintenance will lead a significant change programme to transform service delivery, performance and customer experience.
We're looking for an exceptional leader who understands what this change will take to deliver at operational level, knows how to take our skilled, mobile workforce on the journey, and can offer innovative and creative approaches to how we achieve our aims.
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a culture that puts customers first, and you'll have the freedom and support to make it happen.
About Yorkshire Housing
You can probably already tell that we're not your typical housing provider With 18,000 homes (and more in the pipeline), we're on track with our growth plan to build 8,000 new homes across God's own county of Yorkshire.
What do you need to apply?
It goes without saying that you'll already be an established senior leader with bags of experience leading a field service operation in a customer-focused organisation (social housing experience isn't mandatory).
You will need a passion for people - getting it right for our customers and also for our colleagues who operate across the length and breadth of Yorkshire.
We're looking for someone with a laser-sharp focus on quality, performance, compliance and service improvement and who knows what it takes to build relationships inside and outside the organisation.

What's in it for you
A salary £120,000 plus £3.5k car allowance, 30 days annual leave (rising annually to 35 days), health cash-plan, matched pension contributions up to 9%, just to name a few.
We have a flexible approach to work so living in Yorkshire isn't a requirement of the role (although we'll expect to see a fair bit of you here).
