Dissemination of temporary associates rosters, accommodation and transport allocation in order to meet customer requirements.

  • To monitor and provide accurate management information on temporary associates, hours and any other rostering reports as and when requested by Management
  • SMART rostering i.e. HIDDEN 1
  • Ensuring rosters and any communication is completed accurately and timely
  • Answering all calls and handling all queries
  • Extensive message taking
  • Provide and review systems and methods for the provision of producing accurate temporary associate app links and roster information
  • Ensuring an effective temporary associate resources service is delivered through liaising with relevant clients and role responsibilities
  • Ensuring performance data is captured in order for KPI information to be accurately provided
  • Ensuring the adequate provision of temporary associate resources to allow achievement of operational training
  • Keeping all relevant spreadsheets and databases up to date and compliant with Ontrak standards
  • Assisting as and when required with project administration
  • Rolling out new initiatives to the temporary workforce and clients as and when required
  • Undertaking any duties or responsibilities as required
  • Managing annual leave enquiries
  • Managing client and temporary associate rostering queries and expectations
  • Logging, filling and altering rosters, PAL and any other temporary associate activity around rosters
  • Communicating effectively with all other departments to ensure temporary associate information/updates etc are all understood by all within Ontrak
  • Assisting with Client visits
  • Maintaining an accurate and update date telephone list
  • Maintaining an accurate and live listing of all temporary associate availability, locations and competencies for rostering purposes
  • Assisting the Account Management team with rostering queries, quotes and any other information regarding temporary associate details in relation to rostering

Key Performance Indicators:

  • 100% accuracy within roster clerk administration tasks
  • A highly organised approach to work. Completion of work by agreed deadlines
