Key responsibilities of a skilled Lettings Negotiator (you will be working towards this as part of the apprenticeship):

  • Identify new opportunities to generate and book valuations
  • Carry out and conduct property viewings, providing knowledgeable insight
  • Work with landlords to negotiate agreements
  • Liaise with tenants to agree and progress let's through to exchange and completion
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties to support the Lettings team

Skills and Experience required to be a Lettings Negotiator:

  • Preferably an experienced
    sales person
  • Able to
    generate new business in a
    target driven environment
  • Outstanding
    customer care /
    customer service experience
  • Resilient,
    positive,
    organised,
    numerate and
    detail oriented:
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
  • A
    Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
