The role
The Weetabix HR Apprenticeship programme has been designed to help you reach your potential.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in Communications and Engagement to join our amazing HR Team as an Apprentice.
The apprenticeship programme will provide you with the opportunity to learn on the job and study towards an industry recognised qualification.
The Recipe for Success
Successful applicants will be:
- Supporting managers providing solutions and advice around the Weetabix communications strategy.
- Constantly seek out and suggest innovative methods of engaging with our team, aligned with our overall strategy. This includes leveraging the latest technologies and staying uptodate with evolving trends in social media.
- Work with the corporate communication manager and our agency partner to curate an exciting LinkedIn calendar. This calendar will be filled with captivating stories about our amazing team and their engagement at Weetabix. By sharing these stories externally, we'll be able to effectively promote our brand and all the fantastic things happening here.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery, Business Partners, and Talent team to successfully implement HR projects with a unique focus on communication and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's (Including Maths and English) at grade c / grade 4 or above.
- Educated to Level 3 (e.g. BTEC, A Level or equivalent).
Must haves:
- Strong alignment to the Weetabix values
- Always curious to find new and better ways of working
- Demonstrate great communication skills to effectively build and cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, adapting to different circumstances utilising excellent organisational skills to manage your workload in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Passionate and highly motivated, showcasing initiative and the ability to work independently.
