Full time:37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am -5.00pm with an hour for lunch

Purpose of Job/Key objectives
To provide a first-class service to all customers.

This role is pivotal to improving the standard of service to our customers and is perfect for anyone with a passion for delivering on promises made to the customers.


Principal Duties/Tasks and responsibilities
Work closely with the Department Supervisor and Manger to ensure efficient deployment of all field staff.

Provide point of contact for customer to ensure first class customer service.

Plan, organise and manage own and engineer workloads to ensure all company deadlines are met.

Resolution of customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.

A certain level of flexibility will be required regarding the job role and responsibilities to fulfil this position.

Essential

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Experience of customer care
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines
  • Organised and able to manage various projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team

Desirable

  • Experience of Coordination of Field Engineers
