Key Attributes

As a Consultant you'll be a competent, consistent, effective member of the team whose focus is on providing skilled support to other Consultants, Managers, and Managing Directors in the efficient delivery of cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong consulting skill set, with the ability to conduct complex research & analysis programs, input into the development of bespoke insights for clients, and produce client-ready written output
  • Work across the full range of Teneo case types and sectors, leveraging your consulting skills effectively across a varied mix of projects
  • Provide strategic insight on cases, drawing clear conclusions from research and analysis, and beginning to input into the development of hypotheses at the start of a case
  • Able to work independently, managing your workload with support from your Manager
  • Own discrete workstreams / functional areas within the case environment, delivering work to a high standard of accuracy
  • Have proven ability to manage a discrete simple workstream and conduct regular interactions with client teams
  • Able to articulate conclusions in case team settings, make meaningful contributions to client meetings, and support in facilitating workshops
  • Support internal teams within Teneo Consulting in conducting Business Development activities
Key Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years' relevant work experience ideally within a Consulting environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity
  • Highly logical and numerate
  • Evidence of teamwork, leadership, and ambition, alongside relevant work experience
  • Degree Qualified (2.1 or above preferred) in any degree discipline
  • Operates at a fast pace demonstrating the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
  • Proactively takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
  • Creates an immediate, positive, and credible impression on others
  • Ensures all reports, data and written work are correct in detail and without error
  • Can skillfully and confidently influence and negotiate and maintain a positive relationship with all parties during difficult conversations
  • Working knowledge of a major European language is an advantage but not required
  • Specialisation is not expected, however preference will be considered in the allocation process (where competence is consistent across all sectors)
