This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our award-winning, family run salon.

The position is a full time apprenticeship working towards becoming a fully qualified stylist and is ideally suited to a school leaver.

The position includes occasional late evening work and weekends.


You will work alongside a professional team to assist in the salon while learning how a running busy salon operates.


Initial salon responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Shampooing hair
  • Assisting Senior Stylists
  • Supplying refreshments to clients and maintaining the presentation of the salon at all times
  • Front of House
  • Reception Duties
  • General housekeeping
  • No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided


You will be trained in the Hair Professional Standard Level 2 which, once completed, will open the door to many exciting opportunities to further your career.

This is a salon based apprenticeship with one day per week at a local training provider.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship

Contract length: 24 months

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
