As an EE Store Manager, you'll make the big decisions and thelittle ones, share your knowledge and learn a thing or two as well, sothat anyone who's anyone wants to work in or visit our store.

You'lllook after our people and products to make sure we continue to createa retail experience nobody can beat.

And by designing an environmentthat's warm and welcoming, you'll help your people to excel and yourcustomers to enjoy every minute they spend with us.

Overseeing one ofour stores, you'll get downright chills about the opportunities thewonderful world of retail can offer you.

Whatyou'll do:

  • Identify and harness new retailopportunities
  • Lead, engage and develop yourtalented and knowledgeable team of people
  • Establish a culture of high-performance that focuses on both fiscaland behavioural KPIs
  • Create and manage arelaxed, welcoming, customer-focussed environment
  • Collaborate with our Regional Managers to create long-term successionstrategies
  • Have a track record of inspirationalleadership in a large/high-profile store
  • Demonstrate a history of leading large teams to strong commercialresults
  • Be self-motivated and proactive
  • Have established coaching and development skills
Possess an ability to set and carry out long-term plans
Demonstrate mobility within a local area
