What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for Head Office 'Bedquarters' building management
  • Support the Projects Controller with all aspects of project work and delivery
  • Ensure that project outcomes present our products and brand in the optimum way
  • Management, development and storage of all relevant documentation
  • Keep up to date with health and safety legislation to ensure company compliance and expected levels of communication are always met
  • Ensure all targets and deadlines are met in accordance with the priorities of the department and wider business
  • Be the point of contact for onsite activities for both internal and external colleagues
  • End to end project management with the ability to write detailed specifications and scopes for all contractor's works, tendering, implementation, snagging, reporting, budgeting
  • Manage relationship with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best outcomes for the business

A bit about you:

  • Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
  • Resilient along with a common sense approach
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Power point. CAD experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Supportive team player
  • Full driving licence travel and hotel stays as required
