Hours will primarily be 12 pm (midday) to 8 pm - Monday - Friday (occasional weekends / additional shifts required)
The Shop is open 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday and weekends 9am - 4pm (during term time).
During holidays the shop is closed over weekends with the exception of some open days.
The role
You will play a part in driving the high standards expected in each outlet.
This role will be ideal for someone who is really passionate about customer service, and able to deliver it in a way that is appropriate to our audience.
SUSU is a not-for-profit organisation and as such all revenue generated goes back into funding the activities of the Students' Union.
About You
You will need to be a motivated and engaged individual with a passion for delivering high standards daily.
You will be passionate about retail and customer service and keen to work with the team to develop your skills and knowledge further.
