You should have at least 2 years experience in an admin or lettings role within a high pressure environment, and preferably experience within the property industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hard working; dependable and logical thinking person who enjoys being hands-on and strives under pressure
You will manage and over-see the day-to-day operational aspects of property portfolio, whilst having the opportunity to seek, help and learn from other departments within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently liaise with applicants, tenants and landlords
- Managing and creating viewings in our diary
- Creative problemsolving and decisionmaking
- Creating property lists and window cards
- Acknowledge and manage complaints ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently taking any appropriate action.
- Assist in developing and implementing systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations of the office.
- Carry out viewings when required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience/Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A professional but cando attitude not afraid to "get stuck in"
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on more important tasks until completed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required) and computer skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year plus commission
Schedule:
- 9am 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10am 2pm every other Saturday
- Overtime
