Job Summary

CNTW Inpatient Services at Carleton Clinic in Carlisle is seeking to hire a full-time Administration Assistant to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The role involves working on reception, primarily on the Hadrian female ward, with occasional cover across other wards. Remote work is not an option for this office-based position. The main focus is on providing high-level customer care skills both in-person and over the phone in a fast-paced environment.

The post holder will receive support and training from experienced administrative staff and collaborate closely with the Ward Manager. Responsibilities include providing front-facing duties, acting as the main point of contact for incoming calls, and ensuring day-to-day deliverables are met.
