Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing areas for insulation install campaigns
  • Filtering EPC data to establish qualifying properties
  • Presenting information for our sales teams
  • Investigating property ownership
  • Data gathering for mail shots and calling campaigns
  • Market testing for social housing
  • Identifying areas for direct sales campaigns
  • Measure success on sales campaigns

Person Specification

  • Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, using initiative and adapting to changing priorities in a calm and methodical manner.
  • Wellorganised with the ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

Job Type

  • Fulltime/permanent
  • Salary negotiable dependent on experience
  • 42.5 hours per week Monday Friday
  • 30 days holiday including all statuary bank holidays
