Back by the private equity company H2, we have been able to treble our headcount within 18 months and have delivered record growth and profits within our Legal division.

We're looking to continue this exciting period of growth and looking to recruit a Head of Risk and Compliance to build and grow a team in 2023.

Combining the ability to leverage existing relationships from our in-house legal team and bringing your own relationshipsto the business, you will be responsible for the growth and development of a high performing business.

Who are we looking for?:

  • Previous recruitment experience within a similar sector
  • Strategic in your approach, the ability to map out the market and identify new business
  • Highly influential and motivational; the ability to coach and mentor recruitment professionals to maximise revenue and achieve team objectives.
  • You must be ambitious, energetic and hardworking
