Lancer Scott is a major privately-owned Built environment construction, development and property maintenance company in the UK.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to work 5 days per week from our Bristol office, BS1.

The role is 40 hours per week 8.00am to 17:00.

Lancer Scott offer a freshly designed office just off from Queen Square.

Main duties will include but aren't limited to;

  • Maintain diary management for the remote trades teams. Scheduling appointments with tenants ensuring works are delivered within the NHF SOR codes submitted by our client
  • Attention to detail is key.
  • Responsible for specific work flow status within our CAFM system. Keeping our CAFM system up to date with accurate information.
  • Communicating and building strong relationships with our engineers and responding to realtime enquiries.
  • Ensure work orders are processed meeting client expectations
  • SLAs, KPIs and internal process.
  • Clear communication within the team to encourage a collaborative environment.
  • Use your problem solving skills to meet the needs of our customer's needs.
Key elements of what we are looking for you to demonstrate are;

  • IT Literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
