Are you a skilled Credit Controller seeking a new challenge? Look no further Our esteemed client, a leading healthcare company, is actively seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Credit Controller.WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW AS A CREDIT CONTROLLER IN THIS COMPANY:
- Salary: £23000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00 am-17.00 pm
- Flexible Work Arrangement: 2 days home / 3 days office
- Leave Entitlement: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Facilities: On-site parking and restaurant
- Equipment: Company laptop provided
- Convenience: Easily accessible location
A GLIMPSE INTO A CREDIT CONTROLLER'S DAY:
- Manage all debt-related activities, engaging with debtors to ensure prompt collection.
- Aid in processing payments linked to member contributions, effectively managing associated outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with the Billing lead to optimise client charge recovery.
- Regularly generate and distribute monthly statements to clients as required.
- Maintain outstanding customer relationships consistently.

- Proficient communicator, adept at navigating challenging client conversations.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced Finance team, emphasising debt management proficiency.
- Strong IT skills, including intermediate proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V Lookups).
