Full time hours per week over 5 days
£15 p/hour (negotiable depending on experience)
GRSONE are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing company as a Bookkeeper.
- motivated and extremely organised, able to work independently and as part of a team.
QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping experience is essential along with confident excel / IT skills.
Responsibilities:
- Raise invoices and send to clients (using Client Portals etc)
- Credit Control and following up outstanding invoices
- Record supplier invoices on our system and pay bills in accordance to supplier terms
- Weekly and monthly payroll information
- Weekly expenses reconciliation / payment
- Weekly expenses
- Monthly CIS Returns and paying HMRC
- Monthly VAT Returns for Quarterly reporting
- Bookkeeping and providing financial reports for review with Commercial Manager on request
- Liaise with external Accountant periodically to provide all information required to complete annual accounts
- Accounts or QuickBooks online bookkeeping experience
- CIS Knowledge
- Basic Excel and word skills
- Hardworking and motivated
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Construction Industry Scheme desirable

Hours: 35-40 per week
Salary:
£15.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends anticipated
- BASILDON: SS1 commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: QuickBooks
