Our client provides customers with convenient, personalized, and enjoyable shopping experiences to ensure confidence in their purchases. Our vision is to revolutionize the shopping industry, emphasizing continuous innovation and sustainability.

We currently operate with a dedicated team of 10 and have achieved significant growth in user acquisition and transaction numbers. We are preparing for a Series A funding round to continue our expansion.

In the UK, returns pose a significant challenge for retailers, offering a substantial market opportunity. Our unique product addresses this pain point, making it highly attractive to potential clients.

- Secure 4-8 qualified leads per month.

- Sign 1+ new contracts per month, totaling £600k+ in new revenue.

- Maintain sales momentum during fundraising periods.


Target Accounts:

Focus on retailers with revenues exceeding £10m, with an emphasis on those generating £100m+.


Sales Process:

The average sales cycle varies from 4-6 months for an average account, extending to over a year for larger accounts.


Client KPI's We Affect:

Incremental Sales, Profit Margin, Return Rate, Stock Time Out, NPS, Repeat Purchase Rate, and more.


Required Skills and Experience:

- Industry knowledge, especially in retail and e-commerce.

- Proven track record in SaaS sales.
