Our client is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Designer to join their dynamic agency to help drive the future of their design projects.

Our client is a Manchester City Centre based Creative Agency who will give you the opportunity to work with amazing clients from start-ups to global organisations, across a range of sectors.

As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in defining the visual identity and creative direction of our client's projects.

Leading a passionate team of designers, you will collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality creative outputs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Mentor and guide the studio team alongside the Design Director.
Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various mediums including digital and print.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
Oversee the entire design process from concept to final delivery.
Interpret briefs from clients and colleagues to produce impactful design solutions.
Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and project goals.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, particularly for standout brands.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not essential).
Experience in 3D, motion design, and AI (preferred but not essential).
